When calling for service, you will need the model and

serial number of your unit. Both numbers are listed on the

product rating plate located inside the cabinet, in the

upper left area of the unit. Refer to the illustration below.

If you are storing or disposing of your old refrigerator

or freezer, please do it

safely. Remove the

doors or tightly secure

the doors closed.
